You don’t need to make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request for information published under the scheme.

OISC publication scheme

The publication scheme is a guide to the information routinely published by the Immigration Services Commissioner. It’s not a list of all publications, but a description of the classes or types of information that OISC publishes.

Classes of information

Organisation and structure

Information about the staffing structure at OISC.

Corporate documents

Information about OISC’s corporate policies and procedures.

Finance and audit

Information about how the OISC is financed and details of some financial policies.

Complaints procedures

Information on how to complain about immigration advisers or OISC itself.

Standards and competencies

Information about the standards and competencies that are expected of advisers.

Most documents supplied by OISC will have been produced by government officials and will be protected by Crown copyright.

You may re-use the Crown copyright protected material (not including the Royal Arms and other departmental or agency logos) free of charge in any format for non-commercial research, private study or internal circulation within your organisation. The material must be acknowledged as Crown copyright and you must give the title of the source document or publication.
