This form is for individual advisers who want to raise their authorised level of work, without it increasing the overall level of the organisation.

All advisers that wish to increase their level of work must please complete and submit the attached electronic application form.

Guidance on how to complete the application form can be found here.

Once you have completed the form you should send it to the OISC using OneDrive. This can be done by using this link.

If you do not hear from the OISC within 10 working days please contact us via info@oisc.gov.uk to check on the progress of your application in the event we have been unable to contact you.
